M\u00e2nc\u0103rurile de aici pot fi considerate bucate tradi\u021bionale rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. O alt\u0103 particularitate a buc\u0103t\u0103riei dobrogene este folosirea stafidelor \u0219i nucilor \u00een diverse preparate. The main ingredient in this area, as was to be expected, is fish. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Another peculiarity of Dobrogea cuisine is the use of nuts and raisins in several recepies. Principalele ingrediente in aceast\u0103 zon\u0103 sunt: carnea de porc, legumele pr\u0103jite si sosurile cu fain\u0103. The cuisine here has been influenced by the Austro-Hungarian cuisine. The main ingredients in this area are: pork, fried vegetables and sauces made with flower. Bucovina este cunoscut\u0103 drept \u201epatria sm\u00e2nt\u00e2nii\u201d a\u0219a c\u0103 toate m\u00e2nc\u0103rurile de aici se m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 cu sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103. M\u00e2nc\u0103rurile peste care ve\u021bi pres\u0103ra sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 dac\u0103 ajunge\u021bi \u00een Bucovina sunt: tocineii (chiftelu\u021be din cartofi), hribi cu sm\u00e2nt\u00e2n\u0103 si r\u0103citurile de porc sau pe\u0219te. <\/span><\/td>\n<td style=\"border: none;padding: 0in\" width=\"50%\">\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in\"><span lang=\"en-US\" style=\"color: #ff6600\"><b>Dishes in Bucovina<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Here, like in many other areas, the foreign influences can be easily seen in the cuisine, mostly from Russian, polish, German and Turkish cuisine. What is unique is the &#8220;main ingredient&#8221;. Bucovina is known as the &#8220;land of cream&#8221; so all food here is eaten with cream. De\u0219i folose\u0219te ingrediente simple, zona maramure\u0219ean\u0103 atrage cei mai mul\u021bi turi\u0219ti prin m\u00e2ncarea sa. Nelipsit\u0103 de la mas\u0103 este m\u0103m\u0103liga cu urd\u0103 \u0219i carnea de porc dar \u0219i sarmalele cu p\u0103sat. Un alt punct forte al acestei zone este cultura produselor din lapte. Although it uses simple ingredients, this area attracts the most visitors thanks to its food. You will always find polenta with cheese, pork and cabbage rolls with millet on the table. Another bonus point of this area is the high number of milk products.
